Advisory Board
MSG maintains an internal DEI Advisory Board to continually assess corporate culture related to DEI, and develop ways to increase an understanding of the individual, institutional, and structural discrimination, and how all levels of bias impact social conditions.
Flags have been an integral part of the LGBTQIA+ movement for many decades. They are a visible representation meant to celebrate progress, advocate for representation, and amplify the demand and drive for collective action. There have been many Pride flags over the years. Some have evolved, while others are constantly being conceptualized and created. You can learn more about many of them on the clickable PDF! PRIDE Guide FLAGS web
MSG’s DEI quilt was inspired by Tyler Perry’s acceptance speech for the Governor's Award at the 72nd Emmys on September 20, 2020.

As part of this initiative, a monthly poster series has been developed to touch on a wide array of relevant topics in the hopes of helping to shift mindsets, behaviors, and practices toward a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace/industry.
