Special thanks to Tim Schumm, PE, PS, Henry County Engineer, for presenting with R. Christopher Homan, PE at last week's ASCE Toledo Section meeting. Tim and Chris presented the new Maumee River Crossing - Henry County's Liberty Bridge. They shared the 19-year story of planning, funding, design and construction of the Liberty Bridge.
